Please understand all cuts are not available at all times. We process one steer at at time and some cuts run out before others. If you want to be sure the cut you want is available before you make the trip I suggest you call or email. You also can order ahead.

Our Own Chicken
Fresh whole birds will be available one day in late October yet to be determined. Need to see how the birds do. Beginning May 23rd frozen chickens and parts available at markets and stand on a regular basis.

Turkey
We will be taking orders for Fresh Thanksgiving turkeys beginning in September. they will range from 15-40 pounds. If you want a smaller bird be sure to order early. They will be 2.69 a pound. You can place your order at our road side stand or any of the farmers markets we attend. You may also place an order by phone and mail a check. We ask for a 20 dollar deposit at the time the order is placed.
At the farm markets, we try to bring a little of all we grow. If there is something in particular that you want, we suggest you plan ahead and This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
